Three periods of regulation and an overtime session were not enough to settle matters as Colorado Rampage (mm) defeated Oakland Jr. Grizzlies (mm) in a shootout 3-2 (1-0 SO).

The shootout lasted for six attempts between the teams.

Colorado Rampage (mm) came back from a one-goal deficit to capture the victory. Colorado Rampage (mm) was down 2-1 after a goal by Oakland Jr. Grizzlies (mm)'s JOEY CASSETTI at 3:21 in the third period. Colorado Rampage (mm) knotted things up at 2-2 on a goal by Adam Vandenbos at 15:32 in the third period.

Jake Vaughan also scored for Colorado Rampage (mm). More assists for Colorado Rampage (mm) came via Isaac Anderson, who had one.

Oakland Jr. Grizzlies (mm) forced Colorado Rampage (mm) goalie Kevin Lake to work between the pipes, taking 36 shots.
