M3-Liberty University survives M3-North Carolina - Charlotte comeback, wins 6-5LaHaye Ice Center Sun, Feb 01, 2015 M3-North Carolina - Charlotte tried its best to erase a four-goal deficit, but M3-Liberty University would not be denied the victory and hung on to win, 6-5. A goal by Sean Bakker put M3-Liberty University up 6-2 in the third period, but M3-North Carolina - Charlotte pulled to within one on Trey Anderson's tally 17:26 into the third period. M3-Liberty University got an offensive boost from its blueliners, who contributed two goals during the game. M3-Liberty University was helped by Chad Docksteader, who had one goal. Docksteader scored 12:52 into the second period to make the score 3-1 M3-Liberty University. M3-Liberty University also had goals scored by James Brady, Josh Klakring, Jeremy Martin, and Jerrod Beresid, who scored one goal each. M3-North Carolina - Charlotte was helped by Zachary Usinger, who tallied one goal. Usinger scored 5:49 into the third period to make the score 3-2 M3-Liberty University. Others who scored for M3-North Carolina - Charlotte included Sean Lappin, Matt Mccoy, and Scott Mcvicker, who each put in one. M3-Liberty University ended with no penalties and went 0-for-0 on the power play. M3-North Carolina - Charlotte avoided the penalty box for the entire game and scored zero goals off of zero power plays.
