Weesner's big game bests M3-Christopher Newport University in 7-3 M3-Liberty University win

M3-Liberty University's Caleb Weesner had a big offensive game, scoring one goal and contributing three assists in his team's 7-3 win over M3-Christopher Newport University.

Weesner scored 3:38 into the first period to make the score 1-0 M3-Liberty University. Ryan Francis picked up the assist. Weesner dished an assist on Sean Bakker's goal that made the score 3-0 M3-Liberty University at 15:30 into the first period. He then added assists on Bakker's goal at 7:25 into the second and on Josh Klakring's goal at 13:50 into the second.

Team's forwards weren't the only contributers offensively, and the team's defensemen showcased their scoring touch with three goals.
