M1 Ohio University beats M1 Davenport University 5-3 as Harris gets hat trickPatterson IC 1 Fri, Dec 12, 2014 A hat trick by Michael Harris was the highlight in Bobcats' 5-3 win against the M1 Davenport University Panthers. Harris notched his first tally 10:31 into the first period. He then added goals at 15:25 into the first and at 18:50 into the third.The M1 Ohio University Bobcats excelled on the penalty kill, not giving up a single goal in four chances. M1 Ohio University's offense was clicking better than usual and put 31 shots on goal during the game, better than the 2.9 shots per game it averages. M1 Ohio University also got points from Joey Breslin, who also tallied one goal and one assist. M1 Ohio University also got a goal from Matt Wipper as well. More assists for M1 Ohio University came via Patrick Spellacy, Liam Geither, and Paul Sergi, who each chipped in one and Tyler Pecka and Mike Kretz, who contributed two each. By firing 28 shots on goal, M1 Davenport University exceeded the 3.9 shots it averages per game this year.
