Taiariol nets hat trick, leads M1 Western Michigan University to 4-1 win over M1 Eastern Michigan University

The M1 Eastern Michigan University Eagles could not stop the M1 Western Michigan University Stallions' Jacob Taiariol, who tallied a hat trick in a 4-1 win.

Taiariol got on the scoresheet 6:49 into the first period. He then added goals at 3:59 into the second and at 1:58 into the third.

M1 Western Michigan University's Brandon Haase was a brick wall in net, as he came up with 36 saves and let only one puck past him. Haase managed to improve on his goals against average, which stood at 3.07 prior to the game.
