Behind three goals and one assist from Kenny Gross and two goals and two assists from Nathan Ropelewski, M3-Penn State-Behrend drew with M2 Pittsburgh University of 7-7 (OT).

M2 Pittsburgh University of bested its season scoring average. M2 Pittsburgh University of has scored at the pace of 2.5 goals per game during the current campaign. M2 Pittsburgh University of struggled on the penalty kill, allowing M3-Penn State-Behrend to score four power play goals on four chances. M2 Pittsburgh University of's defensemen played an important role in the offense, chipping in three goals. M2 Pittsburgh University of's offense was clicking better than usual and put 32 shots on goal during the game, better than the 2.0 shots per game it averages.

M2 Pittsburgh University of was helped by Andrew Baker, who registered two goals.
