M3-Fordham University wins tough contest against M2 New Jersey Institute Technology, 5-4

M3-Fordham University and M2 New Jersey Institute Technology were evenly matched throughout their contest, but M3-Fordham University made the most of its opportunities and won, 5-4.

Neither team gained more than a two-goal lead, and Kevin Mccormack's goal in the third period proved to be the difference maker.

Connor Davis had two goals to lead M3-Fordham University to victory. Davis' tallies came at 9:02 into the first period to make the score 1-1 and 6:13 into the second to make the score 4-2 M3-Fordham University.

M3-Fordham University forced M2 New Jersey Institute Technology goalie Thomas Pyrka to work between the pipes, taking 36 shots.
