M3-Fairfield University wins tough contest against M3-Rowan University, 5-3

M3-Fairfield University gutted out a close 5-3 win against M3-Rowan University.

Neither team gained more than a two-goal lead, and Dan Giberna's goal in the second period proved to be the difference maker.

Billy Kamenides was all over the ice for M3-Fairfield University, as he tallied two goals and two assists in the win. Kamenides scored the first of his two goals at 15:38 into the first period to make the score 1-0 M3-Fairfield University. Glenn LaFountain assisted on the tally. Kamenides' next tally made the score 2-2 with 17:34 left in the second period. Christian Habberstad picked up the assist.
