M1 West Virginia University rolls over M1 Slippery Rock University, 5-0

The M1 Slippery Rock University Pride had trouble finding ways to stop the M1 West Virginia University Mountaineers, which beat Pride, 5-0.

Zachary LaDuke was all over the ice for M1 West Virginia University, as he tallied two goals and one assist in the win. LaDuke scored the first of his two goals at 6:00 into the first period to make the score 1-0 M1 West Virginia University. Trey Bracy assisted on the tally. LaDuke's next tally made the score 4-0 M1 West Virginia University with 12:31 left in the third period. Bracy picked up the assist.

The Mountaineers stifled M1 Slippery Rock University's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man. By firing 66 shots on goal, M1 West Virginia University exceeded the 0.9 shots it averages per game this year.

M1 West Virginia University also got points from Kyle Dolly, who also finished with one goal and one assist.
