M2 Montclair State University had a three-goal lead after two periods and cruised the rest of the way en route to a 6-2 win over M2 Marist College.

Travis Ritter was all over the ice for M2 Montclair State University, as he tallied two goals and one assist in the win. Ritter scored the first of his two goals on the power play at 1:41 into the first period to make the score 1-0 M2 Montclair State University. M2 Montclair State University had gained a power play chance when Thomas Mcguire was whistled for tripping. Joseph Redmon assisted on the tally. Ritter's next tally on the power play made the score 4-1 M2 Montclair State University with 9:33 left in the second period.
