Cleveland Barons (mm) survived a determined comeback attempt by Belle Tire (mm) on the way to a 4-3 win.

Cleveland Barons (mm) took a 4-0 lead during the second period, only to have Belle Tire (mm) storm back on a Brenden Stanko goal 5:01 into the third period to pull to one goal down.

Cleveland Barons (mm) was led by JOSH NORMAN, who registered three goals. GUEORGUI FEDUOLOV also scored for Cleveland Barons (mm). In addition, Cleveland Barons (mm) received assists from DREW MAGYAR, EUGENE BENTLEY, and AJ WOLFE, who each chipped in one and ANDREW QUETELL and GARRETT MEYER, who contributed two each.

Belle Tire (mm) excelled on the penalty kill, not giving up a single goal in six chances. Belle Tire (mm) kept Cleveland Barons (mm)'s goalie busy throughout the game, and MICHAEL CARR made 30 saves on 33 shots.

Belle Tire (mm) additionally got points from Brandon Kruse, who also grabbed one goal and one assist. Belle Tire (mm) also got a goal from John Sladic as well. Other players who recorded assists for Belle Tire (mm) were Jack Studnicka, who had one and Jake Crespi, who had two.

Cleveland Barons (mm) incurred four minutes in penalty time with two minors. Alex Mosquera took the loss and made 12 saves before being replaced by Ryan McInchak who made six saves. Belle Tire (mm) incurred 12 minutes in penalty time with six minors.
