M1 Minot State University survives M1 Iowa State University comeback, wins 3-2

The M1 Minot State University Beavers survived a determined comeback attempt by the M1 Iowa State University Cyclones on the way to a 3-2 win.

M1 Minot State University took a 3-0 lead during the third period, only to have M1 Iowa State University storm back on a Seth Serhienko goal 14:15 into the third period to pull to one goal down.

The 39 shots that the Beavers put on net surpassed M1 Minot State University's average of 3.8 shots per game this season.

The Beavers were helped by Robby Moar, who registered one goal. Moar scored 13:32 into the second period to make the score 2-0 M1 Minot State University. Sam Briscoe assisted on the tally. M1 Minot State University also had goals scored by Mitchell Peeke and Jeremy Johnson, who scored one goal each.
