A stellar performance between the pipes by Taylor Lemmon helped AURORA defeat BARRIE, 4-1. AURORA was led by Emily Reier, who grabbed one goal. Reier scored 4:44 into the second period to make the score 2-1 AURORA. Becca Chilvers assisted on the tally. AURORA bested its season scoring average. AURORA averages 1.5 goal per game. AURORA also got points from Jaden Head, who also racked up one goal and one assist to lead the team in points. AURORA also had goals scored by Katerina Dajia and Emerson Eliott (PU), who scored one goal each. More assists for AURORA came via Alex MacKinnon (A), who had one and Tara Morning (A), who had two. AURORA was unable to stop BARRIE from sending pucks towards the net, and BARRIE eventually piled up 34 shots on goal. BARRIE was led by Michelle Morrison, who scored the team's only goal. Morrison scored 12:13 into the first period to make the score 1-1. Maria Casalino provided the assist. Taylor Lemmon made 33 saves for AURORA on 34 shots.
