LEASIDE tried its best to erase a three-goal deficit, but OTTAWA would not be denied the victory and hung on to win, 4-2. OTTAWA made the score 4-1 on a goal by Maggie Knott at 36 seconds in the third period, and LEASIDE got as close as 4-2 when Mariah Hinds scored 9:05 into the third period. OTTAWA was led by Kimiko Marinacci (C), who registered one goal. Marinacci (C) scored 11:43 into the second period to make the score 3-1 OTTAWA.
