NEPEAN managed to stay out of the box better than usual, registering one minor for two minutes in penalty time. NEPEAN finished below its season average of 7.0 penalty minutes per game. NEPEAN forced BRAMPTON goalie Kaitlyn Simpson to work between the pipes, taking 35 shots.

NEPEAN was led by Kalie Grant, who scored the team's only goal. Grant scored 11:28 into the second period to make the score 1-1. Karleigh Scully assisted on the tally.

Simpson rejected 34 shots on goal for BRAMPTON. BRAMPTON incurred eight minutes in penalty time with four minors and had no power play opportunities. Kira Bombay recorded 17 saves for NEPEAN.
