Kaelyn Johnson finished with one point to lead LEASIDE to a 3-0 victory over SOUTHWEST.

LEASIDE forced SOUTHWEST goalie Hanna Slater to work between the pipes, taking 38 shots.

LEASIDE also had goals scored by Katriona McNeilly (C) and Olivia Reid (PU), who each put in one. In addition, LEASIDE received assists from Mariah Hinds, Rachel Dowdall (A), Siobhan Birch, Cynthia Cavanagh, Jessica Robichaud (A), and Priscilla Sfiris (PU), who each chipped in one.

SOUTHWEST managed to stay out of the box better than usual, registering one minor for two minutes in penalty time. SOUTHWEST finished below its season average of 8.0 penalty minutes per game.

Hailey Farrelly made one save before being replaced by Carmen Lasis, who took the win and made 15 saves. LEASIDE incurred four minutes in penalty time with two minors. Slater recorded 35 saves for SOUTHWEST. SOUTHWEST registered zero goals on two power play opportunities.
