KINGSTON tried to dig itself out of a three-goal hole, but WATERLOO held on for a 3-2 victory. WATERLOO made the score 3-0 on a goal by Sarah Rettinger at 4:28 in the third period, and KINGSTON got as close as 3-2 when Marissa Murphy scored 15:15 into the third period. WATERLOO kept KINGSTON's goalie busy throughout the game, and Brooke Madigan made 31 saves on 34 shots. WATERLOO was helped by Kendra Puttick (C), who registered one goal. Puttick (C) scored 2:37 into the first period to make the score 1-0 WATERLOO. Megan Johnston assisted on the tally. WATERLOO also got a goal from Megan Fergusson as well.
