MISSISSAUGA and NEPEAN were evenly matched throughout their contest, but MISSISSAUGA made the most of its opportunities and won, 4-3.

No lead was more than one goal during the contest, and the winning goal was scored by Kelly Mariani (C) at 14:25 of the third period.

MISSISSAUGA was led by Mariani (C), who had one goal.

MISSISSAUGA's penalty kill was spotless, allowing no goals on five NEPEAN power plays.

MISSISSAUGA additionally got points from Nadine Edney (A), who also finished with one goal and one assist and Emily Pinto, who also tallied one goal and one assist. MISSISSAUGA also got a goal from Caitlyn Sadowy (A) as well. NEPEAN put up an impenetrable defensive front on the penalty kill, and did not allow MISSISSAUGA to score on any of its four power plays.
