Savannah Bouzide gave SOUTHWEST the lead in the first period, and KINGSTON was never able to catch up in a close game that ended 3-1.

SOUTHWEST's Hanna Slater was a brick wall in net, as she came up with 25 saves and let only one puck past her. Slater managed to improve on her goals against average, which stood at 4.3 prior to the game.
