MISSISSAUGA tried to dig itself out of a two-goal hole, but STONEY CREEK held on for a 3-2 victory.

STONEY CREEK made the score 3-1 on a goal by Rachael Smith at 3:08 in the third period, and MISSISSAUGA got as close as 3-2 when Nadine Edney (A) scored 9:33 into the third period.
