STONEY CREEK gutted out a close 4-3 win against WHITBY.

STONEY CREEK gained the winning advantage on a goal by Sarah Hine 14:57 into the third period and hung on until final buzzer.

In the losing effort, WHITBY was led by Rhyen McGill(C), who tallied two goals. McGill(C) scored the first of her two goals at 27 seconds into the third period to make the score 3-2 WHITBY. Briana Colangelo provided the assist. McGill(C)'s next tally made the score 4-4 with zero seconds left in the third period.
