Behind a great game by Christopher Williford, who had one goal and four assists, the M1 Rochester College Warriors defeated the M1 Eastern Michigan University Eagles, 8-5.

Williford beat Joe Moza with a shot 15:41 into the second period to make the score 5-4 M1 Rochester College. Doug Lindensmith picked up the assist. Williford dished an assist on Joshua Botimer's goal that made the score 1-1 at 1:43 into the first period. He then added assists on Josh Foster's goal at 5:09 into the first, on Jake Zarzycki's goal at 19:23 into the second, and on Botimer's goal at 13:39 into the third.

M1 Eastern Michigan University's power play was ineffective against M1 Rochester College's penalty kill, which allowed one goal while shorthanded.
