M1 Syracuse University's VanRaamsdonk deadly on offense in 4-1 win against M1 Robert Morris Univ Pennsylvania

Behind a great game by Robert VanRaamsdonk, who had two goals, the M1 Syracuse University Orange defeated the M1 Robert Morris Univ Pennsylvania Colonials, 4-1.

VanRaamsdonk scored on the power play at 14:13 into the first period to make the score 2-1 M1 Syracuse University and again while 18:42 into the second to make the score 3-1 M1 Syracuse University.

M1 Robert Morris Univ Pennsylvania was stymied by M1 Syracuse University's netminder Austin Lefkowicz, who stopped 38 shots during the victory. The solid play of Lefkowicz will be reflected in his goals against average, which pre-game was 2.28.

The Colonials were unable to stop the Orange from sending pucks towards the net, and M1 Syracuse University eventually piled up 35 shots on goal.

M1 Syracuse University additionally got points from Mitchell Lesueur, who also tallied one goal and one assist to lead the team in points. Eric Fitzgerald also scored for M1 Syracuse University. Other players who recorded assists for M1 Syracuse University were Tim Elie, who had two and Thomas DiPasquale, Dillon Tamer, and Nolan Metzler, who contributed one each.
