M1 Canisius College survives M1 Rochester College comeback, wins 8-6Dann Memorial Fri, Nov 14, 2014 The M1 Rochester College Warriors tried their best to erase a three-goal deficit, but the M1 Canisius College Golden Griffins would not be denied the victory and hung on to win, 8-6. M1 Canisius College made the score 8-5 on a goal by Jesse Caulkins at 16:36 in the third period, and M1 Rochester College got as close as 8-6 when Brock Malatches scored 16:55 into the third period. With three goals and three assists between them, Michael Mangone and Stan Pawlow teamed up to power the Golden Griffins' offense. Mangone had two goals and Pawlow also added one goal and three assists. M1 Canisius College's goal total was higher than its season average.
