M1 Niagara University's Chamberlain deadly on offense in 5-2 win against M1 Canisius CollegeBuffalo State College Arena Fri, Oct 24, 2014 Behind a great game by Charlie Chamberlain, who had two goals, the M1 Niagara University Purple Eagles defeated the M1 Canisius College Golden Griffins, 5-2. Chamberlain scored at 3:59 into the first period to make the score 2-0 M1 Niagara University and again while 8:38 into the second to make the score 3-0 M1 Niagara University.M1 Niagara University forced M1 Canisius College goalie Bret Gilmour to work between the pipes, taking 37 shots. M1 Niagara University also got points from Anthony Russell, who also registered one goal and one assist. Others who scored for M1 Niagara University included Patrick gregory and Jeffrey Monfils, who each put in one. More assists for M1 Niagara University came via Max Hyland, who had two and Brad Beran, Andrew Mitch, Dallas Szustak, Tyler Stockwell, Kody Helbig, and Joey Sheena, who contributed one each.
