M1 Lindenwood University holds on for 2-1 win against M1 Oklahoma / University of

The M1 Lindenwood University Lions survived a determined comeback attempt by the M1 Oklahoma / University of Sooners on the way to a 2-1 win.

M1 Lindenwood University took a 2-0 lead during the second period, only to have M1 Oklahoma / University of storm back on a Jordan Greenberg goal 17:45 into the third period to pull to one goal down.

The Sooners were stymied by the Lions' netminder Cody Karpinski, who stopped 36 shots during the victory. The solid play of Karpinski will be reflected in his goals against average, which pre-game was 2.9.
