M1 Ohio University rips M1 Illinois / University of, 4-0

The M1 Ohio University Bobcats were firing on all cylinders against the M1 Illinois / University of Fighting Illini, and when the final buzzer sounded Bobcats emerged with a 4-0 win.

M1 Ohio University was led by Diego Breckenridge, who had one goal. Breckenridge scored 2:15 into the first period to make the score 1-0 M1 Ohio University. Derek Rahme provided the assist.

The Bobcats excelled on the penalty kill, not giving up a single goal in five chances. With 28 shots on target during the contest, M1 Ohio University exceeded the 4.0 shots it averages per game this year. The Bobcats got an offensive boost from their blueliners, who contributed two goals during the game.

M1 Ohio University also had goals scored by Mike LaFrenier, Liam Geither, and Graham Harwood, who each put in one. In addition, M1 Ohio University received assists from Drew Crandall, who had one.
