M3-Saint Vincent College outlasts M3-Penn State-Altoona, 4-3

M3-Saint Vincent College and M3-Penn State-Altoona were evenly matched throughout their contest, but M3-Saint Vincent College made the most of its opportunities and won, 4-3.
