M1 Midland University holds on for 5-3 win against M3-Arkansas University of

M3-Arkansas University of tried its best to erase a three-goal deficit, but M1 Midland University would not be denied the victory and hung on to win, 5-3.

M1 Midland University made the score 5-2 on a goal by Sam Turner at 10:13 in the third period, and M3-Arkansas University of got as close as 5-3 when Chris Green scored 19:44 into the third period.

Rob Donovan was all over the ice for M1 Midland University, as he tallied two goals and one assist in the win. Donovan scored the first of his two goals at 5:31 into the first period to make the score 1-1. Taylor Mcconnell picked up the assist. Donovan's next tally made the score 2-1 M1 Midland University with 12:17 left in the first period. M1 Midland University had taken the advantage when M3-Arkansas University of's Matt Robinson got sent off for kneeing. Alex Cooper assisted on the tally.
