Wood's hat trick boosts Southern Oregon Spartans over Whitefish Wolverines, 10-2

Mackenzie Wood lifted Southern Oregon Spartans to a 10-2 victory with a hat trick against Whitefish Wolverines.

Wood's first goal came 19:57 into the first period. He then added goals at 17:15 into the second and at 4:14 into the third.

Whitefish Wolverines' power play was ineffective against Southern Oregon Spartans' penalty kill, which allowed one goal while shorthanded.
