Lake Tahoe Blue downs Southern Oregon Spartans, 5-2

Igor Stibysh registered one point to lead Lake Tahoe Blue to a 5-2 victory over Southern Oregon Spartans.

Lake Tahoe Blue stifled Southern Oregon Spartans' power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man. Lake Tahoe Blue surpassed its usual scoring output this season. This season, Lake Tahoe Blue averages 2.8 goals per contest.

Lake Tahoe Blue also got points from Brandon Aab, who also finished with one goal and one assist, Luke Erickson, who also tallied one goal and two assists, and Hunter Lovdokken, who also racked up one goal and two assists. Lake Tahoe Blue also got a goal from Nikita Velmakin as well. In addition, Lake Tahoe Blue received assists from Garrett Samuelson, who had one and Nicholas Lang, who had two.
