Dennis Sicard grabbed two points to lead the Knoxville Ice Bears to a 6-3 victory over the Louisiana IceGators.

With 27 shots on target during the contest, Knoxville exceeded the 21.0 shots it averages per game this year. The Ice Bears outdid their season average for goals scored. This season, Knoxville averages 3.0 goals per contest. The defensemen of the Ice Bears were also effective in Louisiana's zone, and came away with two goals.

Knoxville also got points from Jake Johnson, who also racked up one goal and one assist and Brett Valliquette, who also registered one goal and two assists to lead the team in points. Others who scored for Knoxville included Robbie Donahoe, Peter Neal, and Jarrett Rush, who each put in one.
