Mississippi RiverKings had a four-goal lead after two periods and cruised the rest of the way en route to a 7-2 win over the Louisiana IceGators. Matt Whitehead had two goals and one assist to lead Mississippi RiverKings. Whitehead scored the first of his two goals at 6:07 into the first period to make the score 2-1 Mississippi RiverKings.
