Napanee blows out Deseronto, 4-0

The Napanee Raiders had a three-goal lead after two periods and cruised the rest of the way en route to a 4-0 win over the Deseronto Storm.

Napanee was led by #$self.jersey, who grabbed one goal.

The Raiders excelled on the penalty kill, not giving up a single goal in four chances. Napanee's defense was surprisingly good. The Raiders allow 3.0 goals per game. Napanee's offense rang up 59 shots on Deseronto's net.

Napanee also had goals scored by Keenan Murray, Zach Knapp-Hermer, and Mitch Pearce, who scored one goal each. Other players who recorded assists for Napanee were Jordan Cannons and Josh Murphy, who contributed one each and Matthew Muller and Austin Boulard, who each chipped in two.

The Storm's penalty kill was spotless, allowing no goals on eight Napanee power plays.

Cameron Parr made 18 saves for the Raiders on 18 shots. Napanee incurred eight minutes in penalty time with four minors. Deseronto's #$self.jersey stopped 55 shots out of the 59 that he faced. The Storm incurred 14 minutes in penalty time with seven minors.
