Behind a great game by Austin Labelle, who had two goals and two assists, the Picton Pirates defeated the Deseronto Storm, 10-0.

Picton was boosted by Brock Tufts, who turned in a shutout with 27 saves.

The Pirates' penalty kill was spotless, allowing no goals on four Deseronto power plays. Picton's defensive play was more effective than usual against Deseronto. The Pirates average 2.7 goals allowed per game. Picton's offense rang up 45 shots on the Storm's net. The Pirates outdid their season average for goals scored. Picton averages 4.3 goals per game.

Picton also got points from Shaw Boomhower - APM, who also finished with one goal and one assist and Phil Smith, who also tallied one goal and one assist.
