A hat trick by Phil Smith was the highlight in Pirates' 5-3 win against the Napanee Raiders.

Napanee's power play was ineffective against the Picton Pirates' penalty kill, which allowed one goal while shorthanded.

Picton forced the Raiders goalie Tomo Mikuljan to work between the pipes, taking 32 shots. The Pirates cashed in on power play opportunities, scoring two goals on three chances.

Picton also got points from Chris Jones, who also had one goal and two assists to lead the team in points. Picton also got a goal from Brian Bunnett as well.
