Lakeshore downs Alvinston, 3-0

Liam MacDougall tallied two points to lead the Lakeshore Canadiens to a 3-0 victory over the Alvinston Flyers.

Lakeshore stifled Alvinston's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man. The Flyers were unable to stop the Canadiens from sending pucks towards the net, and Lakeshore eventually piled up 40 shots on goal.

Lakeshore additionally got points from Brenden Crundwell, who also registered one goal and one assist to lead the team in points. JJ Percy also scored for Lakeshore. In addition, Lakeshore received assists from Colin Sartor, Brad Carroll, Sebastian Kanally, and Nick Goran, who contributed one each.

Alvinston could not produce up to its normal offensive output. The Flyers put an average of 3.6 pucks into the net per game.

John Jeffries rejected 22 shots on goal for the Canadiens. Lakeshore incurred 14 minutes in penalty time with two minors. Brett Avery recorded 37 saves for Alvinston. The Flyers incurred six minutes in penalty time with three minors.
