Undaunted by a two-goal deficit, Pursuit of Excellence 16U battled back to claim a 5-4 victory over Arizona Bobcats 16U. Pursuit of Excellence 16U never led in the game until netting the game winner. Pursuit of Excellence 16U trailed 4-2 after a goal by Arizona Bobcats 16U's Jake Garman at 9:35 in the second period. Pursuit of Excellence 16U tied things up at 4-4 on a goal by Oleg Senko at 4:18 in the third period. Pursuit of Excellence 16U got the game winner on the power play at 6:05 in the third period on a goal by Senko. Pursuit of Excellence 16U was led by Cayden Kraus, who registered three goals and one assist. Pursuit of Excellence 16U also got points from Alec Zawatsky, who also racked up one goal and one assist.
