Lansing Capitals 18U erases deficit to stun St. Louis Selects 18U, 4-3

Lansing Capitals 18U climbed out of a two-goal hole to beat St. Louis Selects 18U, 4-3.

Lansing Capitals 18U let multiple leads slip away before eventually digging out of a two hole to pick up the win. Lansing Capitals 18U took a 3-2 advantage on a power play goal by Michael Rounds at 14:13 in the second period. Lansing Capitals 18U found itself down 2-0 after St. Louis Selects 18U's Austin Junger put the puck home on the power play at 14:58 in the first period. After knotting things up at 3-3 on a goal by Caleb Cooper at 16 seconds in the third, Lansing Capitals 18U got the game-winner from Josh Kirsch at 2:21 in the third period.

Lansing Capitals 18U was led by Kirsch, who finished with one goal and one assist.
