MNEPDL Gray 16U survives Madison Capitols 16U comeback, wins 5-4

Madison Capitols 16U tried its best to erase a two-goal deficit, but MNEPDL Gray 16U would not be denied the victory and hung on to win, 5-4.

MNEPDL Gray 16U made the score 5-3 on a goal by Jack Johnson at 16:39 in the third period, and Madison Capitols 16U got as close as 5-4 when Blake Nelson scored 16:57 into the third period.

MNEPDL Gray 16U excelled on the penalty kill, not giving up a single goal in four chances.
