Arizona Bobcats 16U and Everett Jr. Silvertips 16U were evenly matched throughout their contest, but Arizona Bobcats 16U made the most of its opportunities and won, 3-2.

Arizona Bobcats 16U gained the winning advantage on a goal by Jake Garman 11:29 into the third period and hung on until final buzzer.

Arizona Bobcats 16U pulled out the victory even though it was hit with 22 penalty minutes.

Arizona Bobcats 16U excelled on the penalty kill, not giving up a single goal in eight chances.
