The Metro Jets' Kyle Shreve had a big offensive game, scoring two goals and contributing two assists in his team's 11-5 win over the Southern Tier Xpress. Shreve's tallies came at 16:48 into the second period to make the score 6-3 Metro and 11:53 into the third to make the score 10-4 Metro.Southern Tier fell victim to a deadly Metro power play, which ripped the Xpress for four goals. The Jets forced Southern Tier's goalies to work in net, totaling 35 shots and forcing 24 saves. Cody Gibson made 12 stops and Tyler Geloneck made 12. Metro bested its season scoring average.
