Lucas Lomax registered one point to lead the Great Falls Americans to a 2-1 victory over the Point Mallard Ducks.

Great Falls also got a goal from Lucas Stover as well. Other players who recorded assists for Great Falls were Zack Mese, Reed Link, Brendan Jester, and Connor Barta, who each chipped in one.

Point Mallard put up an impenetrable defensive front on the penalty kill, and did not allow Great Falls to score on any of its five power plays. The Ducks did not reach the goal total they have come to expect this season. Point Mallard puts an average of 3.7 pucks into the net per game.

The Ducks were led by Jake Cox, who scored the team's only goal. Cox scored 18:15 into the third period to make the score 1-1. Grant Dukus picked up the assist.

Evan Hauser recorded 24 saves for the Americans. Great Falls incurred four minutes in penalty time with two minors. Cooper Seedott made 23 saves for Point Mallard on 24 shots. The Ducks incurred 20 minutes in penalty time with five minors.
