Great Falls rips Bozeman, 4-0

The Bozeman Icedogs had trouble finding ways to stop the Great Falls Americans, which beat Icedogs, 4-0.

Great Falls was paced by Michal Kliment, who racked up one goal. Kliment scored 9:12 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Great Falls. Adam Apangalook picked up the assist.

The Americans' penalty kill was spotless, allowing no goals on three Bozeman power plays.

Great Falls also had goals scored by Robert Kalata, Lucas Lomax, and Malachi Bushey, who each put in one. More assists for Great Falls came via Dylan Garton, Marvin Simmons, Zack Mese, Erik Gatson, Reed Link, Brendan Jester, and Miles Giorgione, who each chipped in one.

Bozeman managed to stay out of the box better than usual, totaling one minor for two minutes in penalty time. The Icedogs ended up below its season average of 19.0 penalty minutes per game. Bozeman did not reach the goal total it has come to expect this season. The Icedogs average 2.1 goals per game.

Lauren Massie recorded 23 saves for Great Falls. The Americans incurred six minutes in penalty time with three minors. Bozeman's Denijs Romanovskis stopped 24 shots out of the 28 that he faced.
