The Yellowstone Quake's Sean Pilet had a big offensive game, scoring four goals and contributing one assist in his team's 6-3 win over the Bozeman Icedogs.

Pilet's first goal came 12:13 into the first period. He then added goals at 15:52 into the first, at 31 seconds into the third, and at 6:38 into the third.

Yellowstone forced Bozeman goalie Cody Smargiassi to work between the pipes, taking 48 shots. The Quake outdid their season average for goals scored. This season, Yellowstone averages 2.8 goals per contest. The Quake's penalty kill unit could not stop the Icedogs' power play, which converted on two of three opportunities.

Yellowstone additionally got points from Sawyer Scanlan, who also had one goal and one assist and Max Doner, who also racked up one goal and one assist. Buck Scougale also scored for Yellowstone. In addition, Yellowstone received assists from John Scherer, Mike McCullen, Mason Stewart, and Connor Scovel, who contributed one each.

Bozeman kept Yellowstone's goalie busy throughout the game, and Lance Knudson made 29 saves on 32 shots.

The Icedogs were led by Kegan Couture, who registered one goal and two assists. Couture scored 15:01 into the first period to make the score 3-1 Bozeman. Others who scored for Bozeman included Kyler Chartier and Ryan Erickson, who each put in one. Other players who recorded assists for Bozeman were Coleton Anderson, who had one.

The Quake incurred eight minutes in penalty time with four minors. Cody Smargiassi made 42 saves for Bozeman on 48 shots. The Icedogs incurred 10 minutes in penalty time with five minors.
