The Pittsburgh Vengeance's Cody Black had a big offensive game, scoring two goals and contributing two assists in his team's 5-0 win over the Cleveland Jr. Lumberjacks. Black found the back of the net 16:36 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Pittsburgh and again while 13:44 into the second to make the score 2-0 Pittsburgh.Pittsburgh was boosted by Brian Baker, who turned in a shutout with 29 saves. The Jr. Lumberjacks managed to stay out of the box better than usual, registering one minor for two minutes in penalty time. Cleveland finished below its season average of 11.0 penalty minutes per game. The Vengeance incurred four minutes in penalty time with two minors. Sam Pikus recorded 28 saves for the Jr. Lumberjacks.
