Nathan Klebe recorded a shutout against the Point Mallard Ducks as the Nashville Jr. Predators picked up a 3-0 win. Nashville pulled out the victory even though it was hit with 18 penalty minutes. The Jr. Predators were led by Trent Kulczyk, who registered one goal. Kulczyk scored on the power play 3:15 into the second period to make the score 1-0 Nashville. Nashville had gotten the advantage when Point Mallard's Justin Clark was sent off for slashing. Nicholas Redmon provided the assist. The Jr. Predators' penalty kill was spotless, allowing no goals on eight Point Mallard power plays. Nashville kept the Ducks' goalie busy throughout the game, and Cooper Seedott made 34 saves on 37 shots. Nashville also had goals scored by Noah Keener and Topi Samuli Aheristo, who scored one goal each. Other players who recorded assists for Nashville were Rudolfs Kalvitis, Jesse Hyde, Nathaniel Chiarizzo, Spencer Marchand, and Alex Durand, who contributed one each. Point Mallard was held below its usual level of production. The Ducks put an average of 5.7 pucks into the net per game. The Jr. Predators' Klebe stopped 26 shots out of the 26 that he faced. Nashville registered one goal on four power play opportunities. Point Mallard incurred 10 minutes in penalty time with five minors.
