Cornwall downs Nepean, 3-0

Nick Lalonde finished with one point to lead the Cornwall Colts to a 3-0 victory over the Nepean Raiders.
Cornwall's penalty kill was spotless, allowing no goals on four Nepean power plays. The Colts was steadier on the defensive front than they have been for much of this season. Cornwall gives up 2.7 goals on average per game. The Colts kept Nepean's goalie busy throughout the game, and Francis Marotte made 38 saves on 41 shots.
Cornwall also had goals scored by Lawson MacDonald and Jay DAmour, who each put in one. More assists for Cornwall came via Grant Cooper, Tanner Spink, Zac Tierney, and Cameron Roth, who contributed one each.
