Brockville falls to Nepean in overtime, 2-1 (OT)

The Nepean Raiders' Mac MacSorley scored 18 seconds into overtime to beat the Brockville Braves, 2-1 (OT).

Nepean was paced by MacSorley, who had one goal.

The Raiders excelled on the penalty kill, not giving up a single goal in three chances.

Nepean also got a goal from William White as well. Other players who recorded assists for Nepean were Cody Calcagno, Josh Zizek, Dakota Ford, and Zach Renfrew, who contributed one each.

Brockville did not reach the goal total it has come to expect this season. The Braves average 3.4 goals per game.

Brockville was led by Sean King, who scored the team's only goal. King scored 10:47 into the second period to make the score 1-0 Brockville. Owen Gill picked up the assist.

Francis Marotte rejected 24 shots on goal for Nepean. The Raiders totaled 13 minutes in penalty time with four minors and one major and went 1-for-3 on the power play. For Nepean, Devin Fullum was ejected from the game. Bo Taylor recorded 22 saves for the Braves. Brockville ended with 13 minutes in penalty time with four minors and one major. The Braves ran into serious disciplinary problems during the contest, and Francesco Tolfa was ejected from the game.
