Behind a great game by Alexandre Boivin, who had one goal and two assists, the Pembroke Lumber Kings defeated the Kemptville 73s, 4-1. Boivin scored on the power play 11:38 into the third period to make the score 3-1 Pembroke. Pembroke had taken the advantage when Kemptville's Rob Grant got sent off for too many men.
